A planning application (19/02269/F) for a change of use to a school for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities has been submitted for Rowans Hill, Coulsdon Lane, Chipstead from Serenity School, Croydon. Surrey County Council are planning to make some alterations to kerb alignment and signage at the Hollymeok Road/Portnalls Road crossroads

Many will be aware that major roadworks were due to take place at the M25 Junction 8 – A217/Reigate. However, we have been informed that the junction 8 roundabout improvements have been postponed by the Department for Transport. They say it now exceeds their budget. We will keep you informed when we receive any further information.
